For the 5% we cannot repair then we will price to replace
the necessary items. We manufacture our own windows and frames in house and can often turn around replacements in 24 hours with our Premium Service.
By not having to wait for replacement windows
and doors to be built and delivered by third party suppliers we believe our service is second to none.
Our
aim is to reduce the inconvenience caused by faulty or damaged windows in the most cost effective and timely way. Bespoke
replacement windows and doors mean that we know it will fit perfectly first time, with no further delays.
We will in fact on ad hoc jobs charge a nominal call out fee to assess the problem. This saves
time and more importantly gives our customers the financial options they want.
